孔英,著名管理经济学家。现任北京师范大学湾区国际商学院院长,教授,博士生导师。加拿大卡尔顿大学经济系经济学博士、公共管理硕士,北京大学物理系学士。加拿大约克大学终身教授,清华-伯克利深圳学院低碳经济与金融风险分析实验室核心科学家,清华大学SIGS-IMR碳中和研究中心主任。原清华大学深圳研究生院社会科学与管理学部主任。被聘为中国国务院外国专家局特聘专家,深圳市决策咨询委员会专家,深圳市先行试验区专家、世界低碳城市联盟主席等。
孔英教授被誉为“中国深圳碳交易配额博弈论分配机制设计之父”。他提出的碳减排指数——“孔氏碳指”模型,是国内第一次用经济学成本最优的方法提出了碳排放权分配方案,奠定了中国的碳减排领域的学术研究基准。
代表著作包括近六十篇国内外学术杂志学术论文以及《管理经济学》、《商业博弈》、《开放度与经济质量研究》等专著。
